The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Return & Refunds
We understand that you can't always get the size right (and sometimes you change your mind!) so we offer options for return and refund.
In preparation for the upcoming holiday season, we have updated our Christmas return policy to ensure your shopping experience is hassle-free. Gifts purchased online between November 20th, 2023, and December 24th, 2023, can be returned until January 15th 2024, or within the standard 30 days after the purchase, whichever date is later. We want to make sure you have ample time to handle any returns or exchanges, and we appreciate your early shopping efforts!
To return an item(s) please ensure it is packaged appropriately, with your Name and Order number clearly written inside to ensure we can process accordingly. We aim to have all refunds processed within 14 days but may take up to 28 days during busier periods. We appreciate your patience during those times. We can only refund the original payment method provided. Please note that the original shipping fee paid to deliver your order to the shipping address is non-refundable.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@gimmiegolfclothing.com.
We are currently managing multiple warehouses for our goods. Please contact customerservice@gimmiegolfclothing.com for the appropriate return address. It will either be Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland depending on the product.
When making a return, please keep the following information in mind:
- You must provide proof of purchase for example i.e. an order number
- Once you have completed your return, you are responsible for keeping note of your tracking number.
- Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Please keep a photo of your order for return before handing over at the depot for your records.
- Products must be unworn, unused and unwashed with all tags attached.
- Socks can only be returned if they are sealed and in their original packaging.
- Refunds can only be made onto the original payment method used.
- For purchases made using a combination of card and gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
- We are unable to process returns on gift cards.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
